HabitPathway is licensed to you under Apple's Standard End User License Agreement (EULA). This agreement governs your use of the app and is a legal agreement between you and Apple Inc.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using HabitPathway, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use, Apple's Standard EULA, and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the app.

Description of Service

HabitPathway is a habit tracking application that allows you to:

Create and track daily habits
Earn points for completing habits
Create custom rewards and redeem points
View statistics and insights about your habits
Access premium features through in-app purchases

User Accounts and Data

HabitPathway does not require account registration. Your data is stored locally on your device. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device and any backups of your data.

In-App Purchases

HabitPathway offers premium features through in-app purchases and subscriptions. By making a purchase:

You agree to pay the prices displayed in the App Store
Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your App Store account settings
Refunds are handled by Apple according to their refund policies

Acceptable Use

You agree to use HabitPathway only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You agree not to:

Use the app in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the app or its systems
Interfere with or disrupt the app's functionality
Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app

Intellectual Property

HabitPathway and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by HabitPathway and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Disclaimer of Warranties

HabitPathway is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, HabitPathway shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which you reside, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
